Project Scope
In a nutshell, user-generated content (UGC) is content created organically by a brand’s followers or consumers — which is then shared by the brand on its own accounts. This means no money is exchanged! It’s simply a genuine and honest recommendation system that brands are no doubt, huge fans of. It can be as simple as someone tagging a product in an Instagram feed post, reviewing a brand on TikTok, or creating a Reel.
Supercharge social strategy with easy-to-find, easy-to-share, totally on-brand content. Find authentic user-generated content, collect high-quality, shareable photos instantly.

Design Rationale
- The goal for Later users is to review content from their contributors and add submitted content to their Media Library after approval. Later users view content based on their approval status using the left side area (goal flow). Once a view is selected, they can decide to approve, discard and take no action. The content of each view is displayed on the right.
- The left hand side is used for hashtag input and search history. The search history enable users to lookup frequently used hashtags. Once users have entered a hashtag, the content area on the right hand side will display all posts with that searched hashtag.
- Users can find the submitted content from the filtering and sorting functionality that is located in the header area. Users engage in the contextual flow when they are actively finding a specific content. This also happens when users are reviewing submitted content from their corresponding approval status.
- Post type is displayed in the top right corner of each post. Likes and comments are displayed; however, content owners will not due to API limitations. Thus, avatars are removed.
- Similar to other Collect features, content is the primary focus. The interface enables users taking actions for content with minimal friction. The overall interface has only essential UI elements to reduce clutter and allow users to focus on the content.
